First off, thank you to those who have emailed me wondering how I've been and wondering why I've been MIA. Things got a little crazy after my procedure on the 24th of November. They put the stent in my pancreas, I woke up in pain but luckily after 6 doses of morphine they were able to send me home. I could feel it in there. But it falls out within two weeks. I've been blogging recently about my health issues and how I have an undiagnosed condition. My condition is no longer undiagnosed. This is my second night spent in the hospital. Hubby brought my netbook for me so I could stay busy in between morphine doses, IV bag changes ( have 3), and some other diabetic testing. We signed up for Netflix last week and got our first Netflix movie in the mail: The Lovely Bones. I am not yet sure how I feel about the movie. We had a fantastic weekend. It started out by Papa and Mama coming over and getting the bugs. They took them out to dinner and to the park. They had so much fun, and it also allowed me and Redmosqui to go out to dinner. We enjoyed beer (him) and margaritas (me) and came home. Saturday we attended a birthday party at Zootastic park. I've decided to go Apple and strawberry picking this year. We like to make chocolate covered strawberries, and we also like to make apple pie. Discovery Place Kids is opening in our area in the fall of this year so we'll take the kids there since Discovery Place just isn't in their age range yet. There is a laser tag facility, so I figure we may go play a "nice" game of hide and seek there.
